Town of Holland, Brown County 2023 Road Work

Construction:

The town of Holland will be taking bids for pulverizing, fine grading, paving and shouldering ManCal Road from County Road PP east to Oakwood Rd.

Bid Deadline:

Bid deadline will be June 7, 2023 at 6:30 pm.

Bid Submission:

Sealed bids should be submitted to the Town of Holland marked “ManCal Road Project” addressed to Mike Smits Town Chairman of Holland, 1661 Staeven La., Greenleaf, WI Â 54126, For any questions please call Mike at 920-609-1007.

Bid Opening:

Bids will be opened on June 7, 2023 at 6:30 pm at the regular meeting of the town of Holland. Meeting held at Van Ables banquet hall in the town of Holland.

Bid Rejection:

The town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to wave irregularities in the bid and accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the town of Holland.

Additional Notes:

Estimates of quantities will be provided. Unit price will be provided for informational use only. Project will be awarded on a lump sum basis. Town is seeking additional pricing for crushed aggregate based on course to be installed prior to pulverizing. Base course item will be paid on a unit price basis with the final quantity to be decided by the town of Holland. Town reserves the right to approve projects on an individual basis.
