TUESDAY is the pick-up day for both garbage and recycling. All items must be inside of the provided carts. Carts should be placed at the street by 5:00 am on the pick-up date. Keep carts 4 feet from any object (mailbox, poles, etc.), including another cart. Garbage is weekly pick up and recycling is every other week.

One garbage and one recycling cart is initially allowed at each residence. Additional carts are generally available without charge if the need is reasonable. Contact the contractor with questions: Deyo Disposal (800) 498-5808

Holiday Pickup: If the pickup day falls on a holiday, pickup will take place the following day.

ALLOWABLE ITEMS
If you are questioning what is allowable, we follow the Brown County standards. Go to www.browncountyrecycling.org for information.  YARD WASTE is not allowed in the trash or recycle carts.

LARGE ITEMS
For large item pickup, contact Deyo Disposal for a special pickup. You will be billed for these special items to be picked up.

TECHNOLOGY / APPLIANCE RECYCLE DAY
In recent years, the Town of Holland has offered a Technology / Appliance Recycle Collection day for the residents of the town. No Appliance Collection day is planned for 2023.
